  2. Participants bring specific dilemmas and offer each other support and perspective.

  3. Sessions end with next steps and open with progress reports to ensure continuity and accountability.

In our signature program, topics are selected in advance, based on the greatest needs of the participants. We provide materials between sessions - podcasts, articles, videos - for enriched learning. We round out the group experience with private coaching sessions.
